Consider this burning, and those whoburn, as gifts from the Friend.
Nothing to learn.
Too much has already been said.
When you read a single page from
the silent book of your heart,
you will laugh at all this chattering,
all this pretentious learning.
- Abu-Said Abil-Kheir (967 - 1049)
Very true.
ReplyDeleteI used to feel that insights filled me, wisdom could satisfy.
But it can't, when it's the wisdom of men dissecting the spirit.
I need heart-knowledge.
My friend,
ReplyDeleteI have always wondered: is it possible to become a Sufi without believing (and I mean "blind belief") in God? Is there a way such as this in Sufism?
